powerSchool enrollment express

The New Online Registration Program For The School Year 2022-2023

Enrollment Express will be the new online registration process for new and returning students in Brookwood School District 167 for the 2022-2023 school year.

Parents can access the registration forms through the PowerSchool SIS Parent Portal. The online registration forms will collect all necessary school and District-specific information.

Enrollment Express will save time for parents and staff who typically input the data into the Student Information System (SIS) after registration.

📌 Enrollment Express Portal – Will open on Tuesday, July 12th – Wednesday, July 27th Speedy enrollment using Enrollment Express via PowerSchool is ONLY available for Returning Students’ Families and Non-Affidavit Students’ Families.

what's needed?

Families on an AFFIDAVIT, and NEW STUDENTS entering the District MUST PROVE RESIDENCY

The Following Documents Are Required:

Proof of Age – Includes, but is not limited to any one (1) of the documents listed below:

  • Student’s official birth certificate (if the student has not previously attended a School in District 167)
  • Student’s baptismal record
  • Passport
  • Court documents
  • Medical records
Proof of Current Address:

  • Four (4) proofs of residency that MUST include the Name and Current Address of the Parent or Legal Guardian and Homeowner if on an AFFIDAVIT
  • REQUIRED: Driver’s License OR State ID is required from BOTH the Parent and Homeowner with the current address
  • REQUIRED: Current Lease, Mortgage OR Tax Bill

    Plus, any two (2) of the following:

    • Current Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, or Water)
    • Current Bank Statement
    • Vehicle Registration
    • Medicaid/Public Aid Statement

medical & new student forms

  • Proof of Vision Exam for Kindergarten or students NEW to Illinois
  • Proof of Dental Exam for students in Grades K, 2nd, & 6th
  • Proof of Physical Exam with required immunizations for students in Pre-K, K & 6th grade. Health forms can be downloaded from the District’s website.
  • Student Transfer Form in Good Standing if transferring from another school.

A Technology Fee of $100.00 (per family) is due at the time of Registration for all students UNLESS you qualify for a wavier.
