This cauliflower recipe will tickle your kid’s taste buds. It’s an excellent way to introduce your children to thinking of vegetables as a treat. If you don’t want to use sugar, try a sugar substitute.
4 teaspoons white sugar (or appropriate amount sugar substitute)
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 head cauliflower, cut or broken into florets
Preheat oven to 400 degrees;
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil;
Whisk together sugar, paprika, turmeric, onion powder, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl;
Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet taking care not to overlap the vegetable pieces;
Spray liberally with cooking spray;
Season cauliflower with spice mixture;
Roast in the preheated oven until cauliflower is tender, 30-35 minutes.
