2^nd Quarter Report Cards
2^nd Quarter Report Cards are going home with your child on Friday, January 8, 2016.  Students in Grades 4-8 will receive a report of their 2015 Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) Assessments.

Middle Of The Year Assessments
The beginning of January marks the middle of the school year.  At this point, we look to take formative assessments to determine each child’s growth in the areas of reading and mathematics.  The information from these assessments can tell teachers what students know or do not know, and help students understand what it is they are ready to learn next.  Teachers can adjust their instruction accordingly for each student.
